Recieved the product 2 weeks after purchase, but that isn't Vermillions fault, but the transport cuz it was in transit all that time.
The product itself is high quality, and so far i really like them! They look good on a shelf and are fun to play cardgames with
The box was crushed on one side on arrival. The cards and coins are nice, but i was hoping to get use out of the display box
the box got tumbled around in delivery but the inside items are all in great condition.
maybe better box material next time? I'm just relieved that the items inside wasen't damaged.
I really liked the coin designs (church of the broken god was my fave) and the card material is feels solid yet flexible to touch.
Essentially, the box arrived completely busted. I asked if it was possible to receive a second one that was empty, because the products were all fine, DUDE THE COINS AND CARDS ARE AMAZING!!! And they actually had a spare one in stock, however the second one ALSO arrived a little busted up, but unlike the first one it was fixable and I taped it up and you only see it if you know it now, I am 100% sure that is an issue from the Deutsche post though because I saw no one else here and on Reddit with the same problem, guess the postal office lady just stacked other heavier packages on the packages and then the boxes didn't hold that up. I don't know how else the boxes would end up looking how they looked. (The edges were ripped, it really looked like something heavy was put on them and they crashed together under not holding the weight.) Please use fragile contents stickers on your packages maybe, so that can be avoided in the future.(I plan on maybe getting the white card box as well because I like the black one so much)
though the box itself poorly holds the coins and it took some effort to open the cards, the quality of the cards themselves and the coins was simply incredible! the attention to detail is stunning and weight of the coins is outright pleasant (as well a pleasant surprise)
