Are your products authentic?

Absolutely! ✅ We proudly showcase original artwork and only offer authentic products. To date, we've successfully launched over 100 creative projects on crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter.

How do I know if AI was used in the artwork?

Transparency is key! 🔍 If a product’s design was created with AI assistance, we will clearly state it in the product description. Otherwise, rest assured, no AI was used.

🚚 Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple locations to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

  • 🇺🇸 Most U.S. orders ship from our California office.
  • 🌍 International orders are usually shipped from the nearest fulfillment center to ensure faster delivery.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We usually process and ship orders within 1-5 business days. 🚀 However, processing times may vary based on stock availability and fulfillment schedules. Check the product description for specific details.

How much does shipping cost?

Great news! 🎉 Most of our items include worldwide shipping in the price, so there are no extra fees! However, be sure to check the product description for specifics.

Can I track my order?

Yes! 📦✨ Once your order ships, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order directly on our website.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.

If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address. You may need to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery.

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

We totally understand that waiting for a package can be frustrating! 😔 But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.

A package is considered lost if tracking does not update for:

  • 📍 10 business days (U.S. orders)
  • 📍 20 business days (international orders)

If your package is lost, we will send you a replacement—no worries at all! 💙

My package is marked as “delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Sometimes, carriers mark packages as delivered **before they actually arrive**. Please wait 24-48 hours and check your surroundings or ask neighbors in case it was left nearby.

If the package is still missing, please contact your local carrier with the tracking number for further assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

📦 Product Issues & Replacements

We understand that things happen—whether it’s a missing card, a damaged product, or an accidental loss. Here’s how we handle replacements:

🛠 I just received my package, and something is missing or defective!

Once your package arrives, please check its condition as soon as possible. 📸 If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged, take photos before opening to assist in the claims process.

✅ If an item is defective or a card is missing, contact us within 15 days of delivery.

🚚 We will send you a replacement (either the missing part or a full replacement) at no cost, including free shipping!

📅 I’ve used my cards for a while, but I accidentally damaged/lost a card or the guidebook. Can I get a replacement?

That’s one of the great perks of ordering from us! 🥰 Even if you’ve had your deck for a while, we’re happy to help.

💙 We offer FREE replacements for a single card or a guidebook/instruction booklet once per order, as long as you have a valid purchase history with us (from our main shop, Kickstarter, or other platforms). You just need to pay for the shipping cost.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns if the item is sealed, unopened, and in resalable condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

You will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping cost.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made products
  • Digital items
  • Used or opened items

How do I initiate a return?

Cancellations & Exchanges
