Crowdfunding Fulfillment Terms and Conditions

 

1. Agreement to Terms 📜

By backing a campaign fulfilled by Vermilion Collection ("we" or "us"), you agree to these terms and conditions. Don't worry—nothing scary, just the basics to ensure smooth fulfillment! 😊

2. Communication ✉️

Need help? Have a question? We're here for you! Please reach out to our support team at hello@vermilion.cc, and we'll get back to you within two business days. To protect your privacy (like your email and shipping details), we won’t discuss fulfillment matters in public spaces like the Kickstarter comment section.

3. Unfulfillable Orders 🚫

We want to make sure you get your rewards! However, your order may be considered unfulfillable if:

  • You don’t provide a shipping address (e.g., you missed the Kickstarter survey or didn’t respond to our emails).
  • Your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Your address is missing required tax info or a phone number (some countries need this for shipping).
  • Unforeseen events like war, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure conditions prevent fulfillment.

4. Attempts to Contact You 📩

If there's an issue with your order, we’ll send an email to the address linked to your crowdfunding account. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) so we can get things sorted quickly! 😊

5. Order Holding Policy ⏳

We totally understand that life gets busy! If we don't hear back from you:

  • After 90 days: We can’t guarantee the availability of any freebie items in your reward.
  • After 180 days: We can’t guarantee your main reward will still be available. If it’s out of stock, we (or the campaign owner) will provide a shopping credit of the same value.
  • After 360 days: Your order will be considered abandoned and archived, and we won’t be able to process fulfillment.

6. Marketing and Shipping Updates 📦

  • We may send updates about your shipment and occasional newsletters via email, SMS, or other channels.
  • Not a fan of marketing emails? No worries! You can unsubscribe anytime with a single click in our emails.

Main Reward 🎁

  • Your Main Reward is the core item(s) you selected and paid for in the Kickstarter campaign, including any add-ons.
  • A detailed breakdown of your main reward will be included in your order or backing confirmation email.

Freebies 🎉

  • A Freebie is a bonus item included in the campaign but not listed in your order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to replace freebies with items of equal or greater value.
  • Example: If you backed a tarot deck, the tarot deck is your main reward, while a bookmark might be a freebie. If needed, we might swap the freebie for something else, like astro dice or a tarot pouch.
