Inspiration
Pixel Tarot pays homage to the golden age of pixelated video games. Prevalent from the ’70s to the ’90s, pixel art is a form of digital art where images are dealt with on the pixel level. By combining it with tarot, we hope to rejuvenate both traditions and to show that they are not just retro revivals but the now and the future.

Details
The deck has three variations: mini, collector’s, and jumbo. All adopt the Rider-Waite-Smith (RWS) system, including 22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana cards. Each image features abundant symbolism, and each deck comes with an instructive Little White Book.

The collector’s deck, in particular, uses ultraviolet fluorescent ink to delineate the figures and hide some surprises in the illustrations, which only become visible when exposed to UV frequencies. The package includes an easy-to-use UV flashlight pen designed for this purpose.
