Inspiration

Inspired by the artistic style of Japanese illustrations, the Monsoon Tarot is a Rider-Waite-Smith deck characterized by its dreamy graphics, created using a palette of low-saturation pastel colors.

The Artist 

A whimsical Gemini, CHUN-WEI HUAN is active in such areas as easel art, curating, folk, and ethnic minority arts. 

Six years ago, she became obsessed with mythology and occult-inspired art forms, encouraging her to partake in a contemporary art exhibition themed on Hmong mythology. 

Her name actually means "Spring is gently calling" in Chinese.
