Phoebe is an illustrator from Xi'an, China. She spent six years designing art and cultural products, while quietly reading tarot on the side, before becoming an independent artist.
She is devoted to classic decorative patterns, which she sees as a symbolic language, a form of practical art, and a record of the style of bygone eras.
