The Tower

Destruction,
you see thunder in the sky,
the ground cracking,
the world collapsing,
with no way to escape.
This was once a blessed land,
lush with flowers and leaves,
overgrown with vegetation,
believed to be a gift from the gods.
They built a tower here,
showing their conquering stance—
yet arrogance brought destruction.
