Three of Cups

Element: Water
The design of the Three of Cups is inspired by the classic Chinese song “In the Fields of Hope.” The card is bathed in warm, healing shades of yellow—symbolizing joy and success. Three women stand closely together, forming a circle and raising their cups in celebration of harvest and friendship. The golden wheat surrounding them, along with a basket of corn held by one of the women, strongly evokes the fruitful season of harvest.
Their different outfits reflect varied personalities: one wears a feminine dress, another dons a cloak and flower crown, while the third appears in workwear with a shovel. These three represent the diversity of feminine beauty—grace, strength, and labor. Despite their differences, they respect each other as equals. Their circular formation signifies mutual respect and balance, highlighting the harmony and unity of joyful collaboration.
