The Moon

Element: Water
The Moon card is inspired by Disney's classic film The Lion King. Simba believes he is responsible for the death of his father, Mufasa, and flees from his homeland, haunted by guilt and fear. One day, the wise baboon Rafiki finds the long-lost Simba and tells him that his father lives on. In a reflection in the water, Simba sees Mufasa’s image—a mystical moment that could be a hallucination, or a deep inner conversation with his true self.

Drawing the Moon card often signals a time of anxiety and uncertainty. But just like the story, the card that follows is the Sun. When you bravely face your fears and reconcile with yourself, inner peace returns. The night always ends, and the radiant warmth of the sun will follow.
