Like the little match girl—poor, struggling, and helpless. But unlike her, who strikes match after match in pursuit of a moment’s warmth, those in the Five of Pentacles do not.

The large glowing window is right there, yet they don’t stop. Is it because they cannot see it? No. They don’t look up because the window is not truly physical—it is the embodiment of their faith. And so they press on, step by step, through the storm, until they emerge on the other side.
