Compared to the original Rider-Waite, the eight wands in this picture fly more horizontally. Propelled by the wind, they cross this land without landing easily.

Message

In my arrangement, the eight wands fly over the very same plain drawn in Two of Wands. It’s akin to passing your hometown on an ambitious journey, casting only a fleeting glance before marching onward with the rest of the expedition.
