Vermilion Bridge Terms of Use

These terms apply to Vermilion Bridge, an internal tool operated by Vermilion Consulting, Inc., doing business as Vermilion Collection ("Vermilion"). By signing in, you agree to them. See also the Vermilion Bridge Privacy Policy.
Access
Vermilion Bridge is available only to people Vermilion has invited. Vermilion decides who may use it and which tools each person may use, and may change or remove access at any time without notice. Do not share your access with anyone else.
Acceptable use
- Use Vermilion Bridge only for Vermilion business and only within the permissions assigned to you.
- Do not try to reach tools, data or systems you have not been given, or to get around any limit or safeguard.
- Treat everything you see through Vermilion Bridge as Vermilion's confidential information, and keep any customer information private.
No warranty
Vermilion Bridge is provided "as is" for internal use. Results produced through it, including drafts and figures, should be checked before they are relied on. To the extent permitted by law, Vermilion is not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Vermilion Bridge means you accept the updated terms.
