I have been buying these cards for my son in law for birthdays and Christmas (he collects playing cards) and he has raved about the quantity of these cards since the first deck! I think he has 10 decks now. Enthusiastically recommend this company. And they always have supwe fast shipping too!
Es de buena calidad, llegó en muy buenas condiciones y están con diseños muy llamativos, me encantaron
Very kind seller and lovely cards!
Great gift option for poker/Egyptian mythology lovers!
Fast shipping, good packaging and as described.
It completely met my expectations. The deck of cards is beautiful with the gold edges and the metal cards are so cool. I really love it.
Art is beautiful but I'm making two of the cards in the deck. I have no desire to contact customer service for a replacement given the mediocre service I received previously.
I ordered the package mid-January as a Valentine's Day gift. When over a week passed and I hadn't received a shipping notification, I contacted the company. That was the point that I learned the US Warehouse was being refurbished and my package wouldn't be shipped until early January. This was not communicated to me prior to purchasing my items.
Next USPS marked my package as delivered but they did not deliver it until over a week later. While I recognize that's not the company's fault, when I contacted them for assistance, they were unhelpful even though I followed their recommendations to make sure the package wasn't delivered elsewhere. They didn't respond to my follow-up email that the package wasn't misdelivered but was confirmed missing by my apartment front office. I eventually asked for a refund or for the product to be shipped again. It took several days for them to even respond to that email, at which point they told me they would not reship or refund my order. They " generously" offered me a 50% off coupon to repurchase their items. Thankfully by that point USPS did finally actually deliver my package.
Of course, then it turns out that I'm missing two cards, but I have no desire to contact the company again after the terrible experience I've had so far.
It's a shame because their products are beautiful, but definitely not worth the lack of care or communication to customers.
The collector's set is extremely well put together. It was packaged well for shipment and arrived super fast. The contents were excellent and deserving of five stars!
Super Produkt, geniale Designs, nur leider ganz schön schwer aus der Verpaclung zu bekommen :))
Excellent quality. Arrived on time. This was one of the best decks I've ever seen!
My best friend absolutely loves them!
This is a well made product.
super cool thanks so much !
Really nice cards. The box is a bit difficult to open without tearing it, but nothing too bad. In any case, I love both the design and the high quality of these cards
