A basket of strawberries in poor condition: some already spoiled, others simply overripe. Would it be a pity to throw them away? They might not look entirely ruined yet, and people say that strawberries beginning to rot taste the sweetest — but eating them may also cause stomach pain.
Why do strawberries rot? Because they were not eaten or discarded at the right time. Decay does not form in a single day. Most people hold onto a sense of luck, believing they can “keep them a little longer” or “observe them for a while,” yet the result naturally moves toward inevitable spoilage. Eating them out of wishful thinking is certainly not wise, but how to deal with them remains entirely up to you.

Disappointment, pain, meaningless effort, destroying a part of something, unable to accept, ignoring what feels wrong, suffering the consequences, choosing to be deceived.
