Six of Wands

Rows of potted plants line the shelves, yet only the tallest one can reach the sunlight. It grows larger and appears more vibrant than the others. The tiered stand, shaped like a small stairway, may be the real key. The higher the position, the smaller the space available.
This card hints at hierarchy. The higher you stand, the more you can see, and the higher your visibility becomes. Sunlight rarely reaches the plants at the bottom, symbolizing unnoticed efforts and contributions. Yet without the “concessions” of the lower plants, the one at the top could not reach its position. It reflects a delicate balance. Every team needs someone to play the leader’s role, and leaders must also learn to shelter those who support them.
