
20. Judgement
Above the arc of heaven, the Archangel Gabriel spreads his wings as if they could bear the weight of the entire firmament. His eyes gaze downward, symbolizing that the trumpet of divine prophecy has been sounded. It pierces the clouds and shakes the heavens and earth, awakening slumbering souls.
The Eye of God represents divine omniscience and omnipotence, witnessing the deeds—good and evil—of every person. At the moment of judgment, God evaluates humanity’s actions, offering corresponding rewards or punishments.
