Two of Wands

Upright: contemplation, partial success but bound by existing achievements, need for interaction with the outside world to find fulfillment.

Reversed: stalled progress and loss of control, cessation of reflection, need to move forward by letting go of past achievements, renewed exploration of the unknown.


Once forgotten, the fire-dancing maiden now burns with the desire to restore her clan’s glory. The moment she lifted the wand buried in the snowy mountain, her plan was already half accomplished. Yet she feels she has outgrown the world she once knew. The distant mountain ranges stand before her, symbolizing the challenges ahead. She gazes intently at the fiery blossom upon her wand, pondering how to carry out her plans. Her focus turns inward — the vision seems difficult to realize, and her once bold and unstoppable “Wands spirit” feels constrained. Now is the moment for her to ask herself: what is it that she truly seeks?
