Card Meaning

The Wisdom-Crowned King speaks of rule by reason, authority of the mind, and decisions that see to the heart of things. He does not rule by force, but by the sharpness of his thinking and the precision of principle. He has been through every trial of the Swords, from the keen edge of awakening to the stillness at rock bottom, and in the end has turned all of that pain into judgment.
