Card Meaning
The Wings of Stolen Blades speaks of scheming alone, unconventional means, and the loneliness that follows success. This is not a victory won by a head-on charge, nor a triumphant return in broad daylight, but acting quietly in the shadows, winning by wit, and then bearing it all alone. Seven swords are lodged in the wings, and each one was bought at a price. You got what you came for, but you dare not say a word; you survived, but you can never fly again.
Some swords can only be taken this way, and some roads can only be walked alone. You got what you came for — but the price is a self you can never go back to.
