Search the depths of your consciousness for inspirations, and treat yourself with kindness. You must soar against gravity to receive the stars’ messages or dive deep into the sea to hear its bubbling advice. Either way, you need to adopt a new mode of breathing. The rings in the picture symbolize origins, conscious blobs, whims, fantasies, halos, butterflies, or tiny whirlpools in the universe.
