XV. THE DEVIL

Visions, fantasies, traumas, or the haunting idea of loss could all morph into obsessions. Like a puppet on strings, you become ensnared in the illusion of fear. Familiarity breeds reliance, until you find yourself worried of being released or losing connection with the manipulator, whose invisible control has become somewhat reassuring. It is important to recognize this morbid mentality and try harder to free yourself.
