Guest-Guiding Beasts

Many kinds of little sprites live in the botanical garden, each with distinct traits, forming a rich ecosystem alongside the plants. Among them are not only guardian beasts that tend the flora, but also warm and welcoming guest-guiding beasts.

Guest-Guiding Beast — Mengying:
Covered in yellow fluff with a white head, Mengying is most active by day. Highly curious and quick to learn, they love leading other tribes to tour the environments they know well—an irresistibly cute sprite.

Guest-Guiding Beast — Qiying:
Qiying is a lovable sprite active at night, with soft black fleece that feels velvety to the touch. A pair of ring-shaped luminescent organs on its sides guide and orient the group in the dark.

Strange Plant Compendium

Brazier Bloom:
A distinctive plant whose blossom burns with an eternal flame at its center—undimmed even by a downpour. Though the fire neither scorches nor grows hot, its unique look is astonishing. Symbolizing passion and drive, it brings warmth and light to its surroundings. Travelers carry it to kindle courage and resolve.

Sparkweed:
A common plant with pink flowers and leaves; its stamens glow like sparks. Curiously, the stamens don’t always grow inside the flowers—some appear on the leaves, making it delightfully deceptive. Often planted along roadsides, sparkweed’s luminous stamens serve as beacons, guiding those who pass by.
