The collector has now obtained five Cups. The process wasn’t grueling, but it lacked challenge. As a result, the collector grows complacent, allowing the Cups to fall and spill. Alone, he feels hollow and unfulfilled. He begins to reflect: why collect so many Cups? If it’s just for the sake of collecting, without meaning, then the journey itself loses value. He realizes he must find a new direction and purpose.
