Two hands reach in from both sides of the frame, each pulling a Pan Si Bing. The pancake is golden, with fine threads spiraling and interlacing. The threads in the middle are twisted into an ♾️ during the pull. "Two" is about maintaining balance amidst change, maintaining stability in motion, and also means the allocation and flow of resources, or flexibly handling multiple tasks. Making Pan Si Bing itself is a balance—the threads need to maintain tension during spiraling without breaking; the heat must be steady, but the pancake must be heated evenly. It is both a whole and a cycle structure composed of countless fine threads.
