Upright
When the weather is good, even the beagle becomes a howling ball of joy—and you wonder why? It just wants to go out and play! When the Sun appears upright, it foretells great success, accomplishment, and fulfillment. This card indicates a period of happiness and vitality, when you may feel an exuberant sense of life force and creativity. It encourages you to enjoy the pleasures of life, while also symbolizing new beginnings and positive transformation.
Reversed
When the weather turns bad, the beagle misses a chance to play—just like a reversed Sun card. Although still a positive symbol, it may suggest that feelings of joy are delayed or met with some obstacles. The reversed Sun can indicate that your inner joy is being clouded by external factors, or that you're unable to fully recognize the value of what you’ve achieved.
