The Mei Vase creates a pictorial sight of the petal-like body and the changing light and shadows on it. Inspired by a type of thousand-year-old Chinese vessel, Mei Vase extracts the silhouette of the traditional and reconstructs it with neat geometric lines into three sides.

As your viewing, you will sense subtle shadow, which makes it an elegant object on its own. Moreover, the triangular section changes how people usually hold vases, which broadens the interaction between people and vases.

Coated with a very light and thin glaze, the surface presents a mild grain texture resembling natural soil to foil the beauty of flowers.
