Card Meaning

Defending the Lone Peak speaks of holding out against the many, a will that refuses to yield an inch, and courage in desperate straits. It is the moment when, under mounting pressure, you still choose to stand your ground and give up not a single step. You may feel surrounded on all sides, with challenges, doubts or competition flooding in from every direction — but with the wand in your hand, what you can rely on is your own conviction and courage. As long as you do not fall, no one can truly defeat you.

Those who hold the high ground do so not because they have a way back, but because they have chosen not to retreat. As long as you do not retreat, no one can truly get past you.
