It can actively absorb and store a certain amount of “suffering” (such as the user’s sorrowful emotions, painful memory fragments, negative states, or physical trauma). After being absorbed, the target will feel temporary relief and calm. Note that the vial has limited capacity; when it reaches its limit, the stored suffering must be released and dissolved before it can hold the next target.
