The King's Theater Tarot – Nine of Swords

The King's Theater Tarot

Nine of Swords

Card Information: “Aaah! Huh? So it was just a dream…” The girl wakes with a start from a nightmare, clutching her blanket. In her dream, a toy sword had fallen and hit her head. Feeling something strange on her forehead, she reaches up to find it’s actually the sword decoration hanging on the wall.
Upright: Anxiety; sleepless nights
Reversed: Overwhelming pressure; blunt confrontation

The sword on the wall has startled her awake, and she grips her blanket tightly with a frightened look. The fish-shaped pillow beneath her represents inner fears and worries. The sword decorations on the wall symbolize difficult challenges or events currently faced. The hanging plant blocking the window suggests a sense of being trapped or oppressed.
